CMC is a producer of LOW CARBON CONCRETE. Our ready-mix concrete products are produced under a strict quality control system which is under constant review and audited annually by the NSAI
In 1958 CMC as part of James Farragher & Co. Ltd. began producing concrete products at its base in Tuam, County Galway. In the early 1960s CMC moved its operation to its current location in Dunmore. Here it began the extraction of sand & aggregates for the production concrete blocks. In the early 1970s CMC commenced the production of Precast concrete and Readymix Concrete. Since our establishment we at CMC have been committed to producing all our products to the highest of standards.
In order to maintain our promise of delivering a superior quality product to the customer we have invested alot of our time and resources into our Quality Management Systems. CMC have their own fully equipped laboratory and were one of the first companies in the West of Ireland to achieve the EN206 standard for its Readymix products.
