Self-levelling cement based flow screed produced at our plant in Garrafrauns, Co. Galway. Flow screed is primarily used for residential buildings and can also be used in some commercial applications. Flow screeds should be covered with a final floor covering such as tiles, timber, carpets etc. Flowing screeds have may benefits over traditional dry sand & cement screeds. They are quicker to lay, less labour intensive and will result in a completely level surface. Our flow screeds can be laid at a minimum depth of 70mm

Our product is supplied exclusively to experienced floor layers to ensure the end result is a superior floor with excellent tolerance for Tiling & Wooden Floors.
Our Mix Design is ideally suited for underfloor heating. Our Screeds contain a 14mm Aggregate which increases the thermal conductivity of the floor.
Our screeds will conduct and hold the heat from the underfloor pipe network quicker, and longer than conventional Sand and Cement Mixes, and alternative Liquid screeds available.
Due to its High Flow Range Our Screed can be laid much faster than traditional screeds and is ready for walking on within 24 Hours.
THERMAL INSULATION SCREED USING TLA – CEMENT BOUND EPS
Thermal insulation screed for under finished floor. Produced using Lightweight EPS Aggregate.
TLA Screed is produced at our plant in Garrafrauns, Dunmore Co. Galway. It is delivered to site with our truck mixers and can be pumped in and levelled in preparation for the finished floor layer. Structural TLA screeds can be used in place of a concrete sub-floors and later topped off with finished floorscreed. This is of particular benefit in renovating old properties where there is no existing subfloor.
