Liquid Screeds |
Our screeds are produced at our fully automatic batching plant in Garrafrauns, Co. Galway. Liquid flow screed is primarily used for residential buildings and can also be used in some commercial applications. Flow Screeds should be covered with a final floor covering such as tiles, timber, carpets etc. Flowing screeds have may benefits over traditional dry sand & cement screeds. They are quicker to lay, less labour intensive and will result in a completely level surface. Our flow screeds can be laid at a minimum depth of 65mm

Our product is supplied exclusively to experienced floor layers to ensure the end result is a superior floor with excellent tolerance for Tiling & Wooden Floors.
Our Mix Design is ideally suited for underfloor heating. Our Screeds contain a 14mm Aggregate which increases the thermal conductivity of the floor.
Our screeds will conduct and hold the heat from the underfloor pipe network quicker, and longer than conventional Sand and Cement Mixes, and alternative Liquid screeds available.
Due to its High Flow Range Our Screed can be layed much faster than traditional screeds and is ready for walking on within 24 Hours.
